METHODOLOGY

  • Each capsule of our modules is derived from the extensive research work of Dr. Tushar Guha, the Expert Resource Person and Managing Director of Nrityanjali
  • Extensive use of the Science of Mirror, a technique devised by Dr. Tushar Guha, whereby deep rooted psychological inhibitions and barriers are broken in an individual, freeing the mind to accept new concepts and challenges
  • Management games are introduced whereby difficult psychological concepts are easy to digest, besides making the programme power packed and interesting.
  • Role play is used to enhance the acceptability of another's work, identify loop holes and understand limitations
  • For Presentation skills and Public speaking requirements, each participant is given topics individually to build on self confidence. Voice modulation techniques are demonstrated along with effective use of body language (including the Art of Walking)
  • Initial preparation for presentations is made in groups on day one after the fundamentals are discussed. On day 2/3 the presentations are video recorded. This enables easy analysis for the participants to rectify errors in communication
  • Voice modulation exercises and techniques for effective use of body language (including the Art of Walking) are practically demonstrated for effective presentations
