The eminent corporate trainer, psychologist and educationist, Dr. Tushar Guha is the personality development pioneer in India.
With over 32 years of in-depth research and professional experience, he made history in the year 2000 when he became the first Doctorate in Personality Development, from the United States. Armed with a Masters degree in Economics and experiences with the Advertising world enriching him, Dr. Tushar Guha is also an entrepreneur with his own printing and publishing house - Chairman & Managing Director of Messrs. Bidyut Art Printers (India) Pvt. Ltd.
He has studied Psychology and Philosophy in depth and researched on Personality Development - Meditation, Communication, Emotions and Human Relations for 20 years and implemented his work for another 12 years.
At 15 years of age, his passion for personality development and positive communication became obvious with his initiation of Nrityanjali - The Institute of Performing Arts, Education, Personality Development and Management Services.
Dr. Tushar Guha's research work is the basis of all management and educational modules of Nrityanjali, specializing in training in Personality Development and Behavioural Sciences. The 'soft-skills' programs devised by him are highly participative and interactive in nature and cater to individuals at all levels.

A multi faceted human being, Dr. Tushar Guha has received critical acclaim as a writer, poet, and performing artiste. He is an active social worker and has worked with numerous institutions for the poor, handicapped, homeless as well as Cancer and AIDS patients. Dr. Guha is married and has a daughter.

She has graduated in Sociology from St. Xaviers College, Mumbai and holds a Visharad degree in Kathak. A former lecturer with Elphinstone and National college, Mumbai, she has written the syllabus content for Masters degree in Sociology, Mumbai University and writes for Time Out Mumbai. Anonna was the Associate Project Director of IMRB International in Qualitative Research specialising in Marketing and Brand Positioning.
