The operational approach of OFP : Any principal can register their school with OFP. There is no Fee. Initiative is to be taken by the principals to conduct training programmes as per the need. Background

In March 1993, Nrityanjali initiated CONFEP 93 - Seven Days Conference on Fine Arts, Education & Personality Development in Mumbai, to focus on the need of Personality Development and Life Skill Programmes in Education.

Subsequently, through SCERT, DPEP and other sources, various training programmes were conducted through out India by Nrityanjali faculty members under the guidance of Dr. Tushar Guha.

On 17th June 2006, Nrityanjali held a Conclave on Multi-dimensional Approach to Education (MAE), as a next step to further the process of implementation of programmes on personality development.

The MAE programmes as implemented since June 2006, by various educational institutions, received high response and the need for concrete action plan is felt. It is here that Nrityanjali decided to offer its expertise.

Nrityanjali Education Services (NES), a division of Nrityanjali - the institute of performing arts, personality development & management services, has set up a Forum to offer its expertise to education, especially in the Life Skill Programmes and the new subjects of Personality Development, Environment and Physical Fitness as introduced by the HSC Board, Government of Maharashtra.

On 6th November 2007, a group of committed Principals had a brain storming session at Nrityanjali and accepted Nrityanjali’s offer of OPEN FORUM for PRINCIPALS under the auspices of Nrityanjali Education Services, for the implementation of programmes under Multi- Dimensional Approach to Education.
